Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is a great! But many people are not sure what their plan is or even what their plan covers.

The good news is that our Team can help you understand your insurance plan and take the guesswork and hassle out of using your benefits. Our staff will file your claims and find out exactly what your plan covers. Please be aware though that this is YOUR insurance – it’s a contract between you and your employer; we cannot make any guarantees as to what your insurance will pay and what it will deny.

As a commitment to you and your dental care, our office diligently strives to stay current with dental insurance policies. Due to the ever-changing landscape and dynamic of insurance benefits, it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to KNOW the dental plan including coverage and benefits.

Please understand that any treatment balance remaining after final insurance determination will be the patient’s responsibility.

Your insurance is accepted at our office as long as you may go to a provider of your choice. We are contracted with the following dental insurance companies:

• Most Delta Dental plans
• United Concordia
• Cigna Dental but not the “Advantage Plan”
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Advantica/Essence

Prior to making an appointment, it’s a good idea to go on-line with your insurance company and do a “provider search” to make sure we are contracted with your plan. Oftentimes, a certain insurance may have a different name, but falls under the contracted insurance umbrella; and vice versa.
